Hairlet provides AI-powered hairstyle visualization and image generation services. Users may upload photos and receive AI-generated hairstyle previews and related content. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• All activities that occur under your account

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the photos and content you upload. By uploading content, you grant Hairlet a limited license to:

• Generate requested outputs
• Operate and improve the Service

You represent that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to upload the content
• Your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights

6. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated results are produced automatically and may not always be accurate, realistic, or suitable for every purpose. Hairlet does not guarantee:

• Accuracy of generated hairstyles
• Professional styling recommendations
• Suitability for real-world hair treatments

Generated images are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws
• Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
• Attempt to reverse engineer the Service
• Interfere with system security
• Use automated tools to abuse or overload the platform
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

8. Payments and Credits

Certain features may require payment. When purchasing credits or subscriptions:

• Prices are displayed before purchase
• Payments are processed through third-party payment providers
• Credits are non-transferable
• Unused credits have no cash value unless required by law

9. Refund Policy

Unless required by applicable law:

• Purchases are generally non-refundable
• Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
• We reserve the right to deny refund requests where generated services have already been delivered

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hairlet shall not be liable for:

• Lost profits
• Lost data
• Business interruption

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Hairlet during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
